Kelly Gray

With over 15 years of experience in the care sector and government in Australia and the UK, Kelly is an innovative and transformational leader known for creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional outcomes in complex organisations and systems.

​

Kelly is known for her expertise in co-production, co-design, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. She authored Australia’s first co-design toolkit for the aged care sector and was appointed as the inaugural co-production lead for Staffordshire County Council in the UK.

​

A successful entrepreneur, Kelly founded WA's first independent directory and customer review site for aged care, disability, and mental health services, My Care My Choice.

​

Kelly has extensive experience in care service delivery, quality assurance, strategic planning, values-based leadership, workforce planning, organisational design, and change management.

​

A skilled trainer, facilitator, and coach, Kelly can translate concepts to practice, helping organisations to develop their capacity, culture and practice.

​
